Just a reminder that the May 15 deadline for reserving a space for the Center for Spatial Studies poster session is rapidly approaching. The spatial at ucsb.local2019 <mailto:spatial at ucsb.local2019>  Poster and Plenary Session will be held at Corwin Pavilion on Thursday, June 6, 2019, with the theme of Spatial Data for Smarter Cities at Corwin Pavilion. 
 
Although the plenary session has a theme, we will accept posters on any topic that addresses any aspect of spatial analysis.
 
We invite you and your students or colleague to participate in this event, either submitting a poster, attending the plenary session, or simply viewing the posters. We will provide lunch, but request an RSVP for planning purposes. 
 
Poster submitters will be expected to hang their work early in the day and then return during the poster session to eat lunch and explain/discuss their work to the viewers who come from on and off campus.
 
Again, our deadline for reserving space for your poster is May 15, and it should come directly to me (kdoehner at spatial.ucsb.edu <mailto:kdoehner at spatial.ucsb.edu> ), listing the names of all contributors to the poster. If you have already contacted me, there is no need to do so again.
