[4eyes] Question about visiting scholar

Hi everyone,

A colleague from Germany (Marcus Magnor) will be sending his graduate
student to work with us as a visiting scholar next year for six months
(April
to September 2019).

I am in the process of trying to figure out logistics. Does anyone in 4-Eyes
know where he can find housing (preferably a furnished place) for 6 months?
Not sure if UCSB has facilities like that, perhaps in graduate student
housing.

Also, what kind of paperwork do we need to do to make him "official"? Any
info you can provide would be most helpful.
