There is a tentative power outage in Elings Hall on Tuesday, November 14th, from 5am until about 9am. If this is a problem for anyone in the lab, please contact Bob Hanson right away.

Thank you for your feedback and prioritization of needs.  The bottom line for the best possible (least inconvenience) schedule for the power outage is a Tuesday or Wednesday morning from 5am to about 9am.  This should minimize direct impact on most people and also maximize the resources available to recover the building efficiently and at the lowest cost.  The proposed date is November 14th, Tuesday morning at 5am.

If anyone needs assistance preparing for this outage please contact me as soon as possible.  Meanwhile please begin passing the word along to your groups so they can plan their work accordingly.  I'll be sending out a general announcement to all building occupants soon.
