Hello Prof. Turk:

 

HRL Laboratories will be visiting UCSB this coming Thursday (2/18) from noon to 2pm at the Engineering Science Building, Room 2001 to tell interested students about HRL and to discuss opportunities for both full-time positions and intern positions.  I will be at this meeting representing the Information Systems and Sciences Laboratory – one of four technical areas/labs at HRL.  I have attached three flyers - one for each of our core competencies - that describe a variety of summer internship opportunities.   I have also attached the flyer UCSB created announcing this event.  I would appreciate it if you would forward these flyers to any of your students that might be interested. I know that you know or have met several people at HRL, but I haven’t had that opportunity, so If you have the time, I invite you to stop by -  I would certainly enjoy the opportunity to meet you and introduce myself.
