We're looking for interns at Magic Leap, to help building all sorts of MR
fun.  Here's a job posting for my group, we're also looking for computer

*Company Description*
Magic Leap is an eclectic group of visionaries, rocket scientists, wizards,
and gurus from the fields of film, robotics, visualization, software,
computing, and user experience.

We are growing quickly, and this is the time to get on board and play a
role in shaping the way people will be interacting with the world tomorrow.

*Job Description*
You will aid Computer Vision teams working on pose tracking, dense mapping,
eye tracking, etc. in validating algorithm performance.  This work involves
using external high precision instruments like Vicon motion capture
systems, robotic arms, and LIDAR scanners to collect ground truth data for
algorithms to be measured against.  Daily activities may include data
capture with existing systems, building tools in the internal C++ computer
vision framework to integrate third party instruments, modifying scripts to
collect specialized data for aiding in algorithm development, and testing
Magic Leap hardware and applications.  You will work closely with rapid
prototyping mechanical and electrical engineers creating props and tools
for system integration.

*Qualifications*
    Able to write C++, and/or scripting (Python, etc.) code
    Ability to quickly understand complex systems and debug hardware and
software problems
    Must be a good communicator and self-motivated to complete projects
    Interest in and basic understanding of 3D computer vision

*Education*
    Current BA/BS, MS, PhD or advanced undergraduate student status
    Preferred majors: Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical
Engineering
