[4eyes] Locking the labs

Saiph came into the Foglab today and found it unlocked. This is hazardous -
thefts take place at UCSB, and we really don't want it to happen to us.

 

So everyone please remember to lock up if you are the last one to leave the
Foglab or the trailer. If you're not 100% sure if someone else is still
there, go check. (This is for any time of day, not just in the evenings.) In
the trailer, remember also to close and lock the windows.
