UCPD is responding to a report of a suspicious backpack at Harold Frank
Hall/Eng. I (located on the north-side of Service Lot).
Engineering I and MRL are being evacuated. People are asked to to leave
Eng. I using the South exits. Those leaving MRL are asked to use the West
exits.
Please avoid going near the Eng. I north-side Service Lot.
