[4eyes] Tomorrow's open house

[Matthew Turk]

Just want to touch base with everyone regarding tomorrow's open house. Let's
be sure to be ready by the 5pm start time. Please clean up the FogLab, and
generally ensure that your demo space is professional and effective.
Remember that you may be talking to experts in your research area at some
points, and pure novices (e.g., high school students) at other points, so be
prepared to communicate clearly the "What, Why, and How" of your work at a
general level before going into too many details.

 

And don't be shy about grabbing people who may not be sure of what they're
supposed to see, and say "would you like to hear about my research?"

 

If there are any issues between now and the open house, please let Tobias
and me know.
