[4eyes] Thesis LaTex Template

I just checked out the link below, but it's output does not comply with
UCSB's Graddiv formatting guidelines. This would need some manual
tweaking, not sure how much.
Is anybody aware of a template that complies with current guidelines?
Google finds several templates, from a variety of years, but at a quick
glance, it's not totally clear in how far they comply.
@Lucky people who have graduated, what have you used :) ?
