[4eyes] trac on ilabsvn

Hi All,
 A quick followup about the svn / trac solution.  If you have an
account on ilabsvn, you should now be able to log on to the trac
system directly using your regular cs account details.

ilabsvn.cs.ucsb.edu/trac


Please let Jon V or myself know if you have any problems or additional
comments.
