[4eyes] paper for research lunch this week

Hi everyone,

I'd like to present the attached SDM paper this week. The KDT(Knowledge Discovery Toolkit) project is lead by Professor John Gilbert. Generally speaking KDT is  a parallel graph analysis toolkit with python interface. I've participated in this project a little bit while exchanging here(particularly section 4.4 Belief Propagation in the paper). I thought fast graph analysis might be helpful for vision/ machine learning tasks :)
