[4eyes] "Off hours" in Elings

The measure sounds reasonable to me.
We do have a thermostat in the lab, but to my understanding (I discussed 
this with Bob when we had a problem with the AC once) the influence of 
that thing is rather limited, since all of the heating/AC is more or 
less central.
