The building appears to <br>be fully recovered, except for air balance in labs 3208 through 3236, <br>and this is in progress by FM technicians. I estimate normal balance by <br>noon. If anyone sees an unexpected situation in their labs please let <br>me know as soon as possible. You are free to restart your labs at your <br>convenience.<br><br>Thanks to all for your understanding and patience.<br><br>FYI: the grid plug in was successful, though work on the roof top <br>remains before power is flowing from the grid.
