Our application process is rigorous; we interview each student to ensure that they possess the maturity, academic qualifications, and required skill sets to succeed in a challenging environment. Some of our students have already been exposed to academic research and have strong lab/programming experience (e.g., C/C++, Python, MATLAB, etc.).
