If you'd like to have your work presented in the show, you need to complete a form. What Xárene (the show organizer who is cc'd on this email) really needs to know is a head count of who is going to present, where you want to present (you are welcome to present outside of the lab if you like and Matthew and Tobias think it's appropriate) and what, if any, additional resources you need.
