are launching a <b>software development contest</b> for <b>multitouch tabletop
surface applications</b> and we would like to invite you and your students at
the University of California, Santa Barbara to participate.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>The
contest will start in January 2010 and continue until June 2010. The Grand
Prize for the winning application would be a SMART Table ($8,000 USD value).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>The
objective of the contest is to create an original, multitouch, multi-user
educational software application. The application has to be developed using the
SMART Table Software Development Kit, which we will provide to you for free.
The SDK supports development in C++ and C#.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
