[4eyes] [civc ml] Meeting Tomorrow - VAEs

Tomorrow at 3pm in HFH 1152 Ekta will be presenting on VAEs. We'll go
through the Kingma & Welling 2014 <https://arxiv.org/abs/1312.6114> paper.
