[4eyes] ML discussion group

Hi everyone,

I've been talking with some of our students working on Machine Learning
projects the need to have a discussion group on machine learning where
we can talk at a low-level about several of the ideas we are pursuing.

The goal is to be able to see connections between the different projects
and gain new insights/ideas that would benefit our current project as well
as potentially launch new projects.

I can help drive the discussions and I suggest we focus on a project or a
general idea per week.  This week, we can start with Ekta's work on using
GANs for image restoration and ways we can improve GAN training.

We are planning to hold it in the 4Eyes conference room Fridays at 10am.
If you are interested in attending, please let Peter know so he can have
an accurate headcount so we know we will fit in that small room.
