[4eyes] Winter quarter lab meetings

Ilabbers,

 

Now that it's (finally) officially winter quarter, let's figure out a time
for lab meetings. Please fill out the Doodle poll by tomorrow with your
preferred meeting times (options are only on Tues/Thurs):

Given the heavy faculty interview schedule this quarter, we'll probably have
conflicts, but we can work around them one way or another. We won't meet
this week, due to two visits, but certainly next week.

 

Note:

-          Tomorrow and Friday faculty candidate Robert Xiao (HCI, from CMU)
will visit. His talk is at 3:30pm tomorrow. I hope most of you can attend,
and that some of you can attend his lunch with students on Friday.

-          On Friday, Sunil Prabhakar (UCSB CS alumnus and chair of CS at
Purdue University) gives a talk at 10:00am and participates in a panel at
1:00pm.
