[4eyes] Trailer -> HFH move

We are going to be moving (hopefully soon) "Two Eyes" of the Four Eyes lab,
from the trailer to a 5th floor lab in HFH. 5110 is the main room, but it
also includes connected rooms 5102B and 5102A, with 5206 as a conference
room. This space will be shared with students who work with Profs. John
Gilbert and Tao Yang, but we will become the largest component.

But first we need a small group of people who can represent the lab's
interest in this move to meet with representatives from the other groups
there. This means going through the space, considering our future existence
there (mapped from our current trailer existence), and forming opinions
regarding what needs to be done to make this a successful move and for it to
be a productive and enjoyable environment for the lab moving forward. So
this should include thinking about issues like:

- What's a good way to govern the space on a regular basis in a
shared way among the three groups?
- What things (equipment, furniture, etc.) will we want to move
there from the trailer? (And what will be not want to move?) E.g., there are
plenty of desks in the new space, but would we rather have ours?
- What needs to be attended to before a move is made? E.g., things
that might need to be fixed, cleaned, moved, trashed, etc. (Does the AC/heat
work properly? Are there issues with pests?)

And probably many more, but you get the idea. Essentially, this is our
opportunity to make the new space a desirable place to be for the coming
years. Some things may be unattainable (e.g., we're not going to install a
Starbucks there), but don't be afraid to make requests that would have a
real positive impact.

So. who is currently a trailer denizen and would be willing to undertake
this? I think it will mean having some meetings with current students in the
space, spending a few times walking through the space together and
brainstorming, and then collecting your thoughts and recommendations for us
to consider.

Please let me know if you're willing to help out with this.

Thanks,
                Matthew
