Applicants are expected to be pursuing a PhD in one of the areas listed above; outstanding masters and bachelors students may also be considered. If you are an open source contributor please provide a pointer (github, bitbucket, etc) to your repos. You may also optionally include letters of recommendation from your advisers, but these are not required.
