Adobe Research seeks applications for research scientist positions at either the junior or senior level. We are especially looking for applicants with strong backgrounds in AI; machine learning; computer graphics; computer vision & image understanding; audio; natural-language processing and interfaces; HCI & social computing; security; information visualization; programming languages; computational imaging; and 3D rendering, appearance modeling, scanning & acquisition—though applicants with backgrounds in other areas of computer science will also be considered.
Adobe Research is an open and collaborative environment, with world-class researchers in digital imaging, computer vision and graphics, audio, machine learning, HCI, information visualization, and programming languages. Additionally, Adobe's continuing growth in areas like digital marketing, cloud computing, online creative communities, and mobile product development provide a wealth of new data and research directions.

Required skills:
• Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, statistics, or a related field
• Strong academic publication record
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred additional skills:
• For the senior position, 10+ years’ experience
Locations: San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, Cambridge MA, or NYC (other locations are also possible)
