Subject: Lab meeting on Tuesdays

 

Our regular time for lab meetings for the rest of the quarter will be
Tuesdays at noon, in the CS conference room (1132 HFH).

 

We'll meet this coming Tuesday. One thing I'd like to discuss is the
following: Various lab members have expertise in areas of interest to the
rest of the lab, or are interested enough in a given topic to investigate it
and present to the lab. I'd like to discuss and plan some informal
tutorial-style presentations that most of the lab would benefit from. A
couple people could get together to give an overview or state-of-the-art
presentation on a topic of interest. Or to suggest questions for discussion
in a given area. Etc., etc. Let's discuss some possibilities.

 

Let me know if there are other agenda items for next Tuesday.
