I'm very happy to announce that our ISMAR paper won Best Short Paper this year! It's a great accomplishment for our lab to now have 2 best paper awards in the past 3 years at ISMAR. Much credit goes to Ben for his contributions to the paper and for doing an excellent job presenting the work at the conference in Japan this week. Congrats everyone!

Dear Chris and co-authors,

Our paper won the IEEE ISMAR 2015 Best Short Paper Award (see attached
certificate photo).
This was just announced at the conference banquet. Thanks for all the
great work going into this,
and special kudos to Ben, who did a great job presenting it,
well-prepped by Chris from the distance.

Cheers,

     Tobias
