Hi,

I'd like to remind the open house participants that we want to complete the brochure (flyer) and the web page by today to announce the event to public.
Could you please send your project image to me (bkang at umail.ucsb.edu) BY TODAY if you haven't done it yet?
If you think that your project description is not complete yet, please update it by today as well.
