Subject: [faculty] Fwd: End of Year Show - Final Week

Dear faculty, friends, and colleagues,

With the End of Year Show a week and a half away, things are starting to get real. This means: We will start setting up the exhibition in the hallway and most other spaces in Elings Hall next week. To be more precise, we will be working in the following spaces:

Systemics Lab (excluding the tiny room inside), Exp. Vis. Lab, hallway, conference room, Mirage Lab, Four Eyes Lab (“Fog Lab”), mail room, locker room, transLAB, and 2809

starting 10 am on Wednesday, May 27 (except the the conference room, where work will start on Thursday, and the transLAB, where work has already started). We need all the help we can get with cleaning up Systemics, so if you can, please consider joining us Wednesday morning.

The official start for setting up all your work is 3 pm on Wednesday, May 27. Our team will be in Elings hall all day starting Wednesday to distribute technical equipment, help with setting up, and answer questions. Please help us finish everything on time by bringing in and setting up your work as early as possible. That means: do not start setting up on Friday afternoon. Seriously.

Also, if your work information changed since submitting it, please let us know by Sunday, May 24 the latest, as this is when we will print the remaining info material.

Finally: We put tons of stickers & postcards on a table in the hallway, help yourself and give them to all your friends as well. Spread the word!

We are looking forward to an exhausting but exciting week with a great finale.

All the best regards

Fabian (for the EoYS team)
