[4eyes] Meetings between EOYS and FourEyes members next week, starting MONDAY

Hi everyone -

in today's lab meeting we planned to schedule brief conversations 
between Four Eyes lab members and the EOYS organizing commitee next week 
(thanks, Keehong and Fabian, for the information and conversation at our 
lab meeting today!).

Since we won't have a lab meeting on Monday, but nearly everyone in 
FourEyes seemed to be available some time between 12 and 4pm on Mondays, 
we thought that this could be an effective time slot for (groups of) 
people to meet with EOYS organizers. Please be available and I think the 
plan is for the EOYS organizers to contact the FourEyes project 
representatives for specific time slot suggestions.

I just reserved 2003 Elings between noon and 3pm (at 3, Matt Wright has 
a reservation in for his writing club, but conversations can probably 
continue in the Foglab or Elings hallway, or lobby).

I also just filled in all remaining email addresses for contact people at

Can everyone listed as a representative for a project please make sure 
that the full names of involved people are listed in the People column?
