[4eyes] Cognitive Science BBQ Today

At the lab meeting, I think I heard a couple people mention that they were interested in human cognition/perception and how it might relate to computer vision or other areas that the lab specializes in.  The CogSci emphasis is an interdisciplinary program for those who are interested, to some degree, in cognitive science.  Since the lab has a big focus on cog-sci related areas such as: interaction, perception, machine learning and computer vision, the program might be an interesting thing for some of you.  Additionally, it's a great resource for meeting students and faculty in other departments to collaborate with.

In any case, the annual BBQ that kicks off the first seminar is today at 4:00pm.  I think I may be the only one in the lab who is currently a part of the program, so if you have any questions about it feel free to ask.
