This may be of interest to anyone interested in NSF programs and
comparisons among institutions and PIs: a visual data mining front-end
to NSF grant information. This is a side outcome of research just
presented at the IEEE Vis conference in Paris. This is an alpha launch
for now, but it works stably for me on Firefox or Chrome.

"Deep Insights Anytime, Anywhere (DIA2) is not a traditional content
portal or a typical search engine. It is a web-based knowledge mining
and interactive visualization platform for /non-experts in data mining
and data visualization./ We aim to democratize data and knowledge mining."

Cheers,
