[4eyes] Removing Foglab phone number on lab homepage

Hello all,

As you may or may not be aware, there's a phone in the Foglab, and its 
number is listed on the lab's website:

  http://ilab.cs.ucsb.edu/index.php/contact

This is rarely the right number to call for people that find it there -- 
callers from outside tend to want to talk to Tobias or Matthew, not 
knowing (and how should they) that the Foglab and their offices are 
physically quite separate.

Thus, I'm suggesting to remove that phone number from the homepage. If 
you *disagree* and would like to keep the number there, please email me, 
and we'll keep it.
