Hi everyone!

We will have a lab meeting on Monday, again at 11:30am.

We had planned to talk about user studies in Monday's lab meeting.
Turns out we will shift things around a bit and while we still may talk
about
user studies for part of Monday's meeting, it may get shifted largely to
next week, because we have a specific opportunity for this Monday:

Dong Wang is currently a Postdoc at UIUC, working on reliable social
sensing and
crowdsourcing applications.

He is currently on the job market, so I am sure we would have an
interesting
perspective, so John and I asked him if he would come to our lab meeting to
talk about it. So we will at least start with our job application
discussion on Monday.

Maybe Charlie will be able to come and talk about his experiences as well?

For our user studies discussion:

Many of you have run studies over the past couple of years. Can you
please all
prepare a recap of your experiences for Monday's meeting and/or the week
after?
I may also ask some of you specifically to prepare some material.

See you all on Monday - hoping for a fruitful discussion!

Cheers,

     Tobias
