Hi John and James,
This afternoon, I talked to Ryan and we set up two tables in the room 2809.
We also cleaned up the room to get more space for our tables.
He will be showing his sonification art work in between the two tables. We can decide which one goes to which table tomorrow.
We can use two projectors installed on the ceiling. (I will be using one of them.) But, I found that one of the projectors is set up in the corner of the room and the screen looks quite slanted.
Please let me know if you have any question.
Thanks,
-Jay

For everyone doing demos/presentations tomorrow, please be sure to set up so that you’re ready to go at 5:00pm. If there are any issues with monitors, tables, power strips, etc., it’s better to know early than at 4:59pm.
John, Jay, James: Ryan McGee from MAT will, after all, be demoing his wavefield audio in 2809 (just heard this today). Supposedly it’s not very loud, and you may be able to co-exist in there, but I’m not 100% sure about space. If you can get in touch with him and coordinate (ryan at mat.ucsb.edu<mailto:ryan at mat.ucsb.edu>) that would be good.
Thanks,
Matthew
