[4eyes] Open House planning

One quick follow-up from today's planning discussion:  I'm assuming that
only the people in the hallway (Saiph, ChrisH, Mock, and Emily) will need
tables/pedestals. AND that everyone will take care of their
monitor/projection needs. If you need help with either, please let Tobias or
me know.
