[4eyes] Help requested with my library

Hi everyone,

Some of you know I've been working on a computer vision library for the lab
(and hopefully broader). I just finished writing online documentation for
most of the library, and was hoping I could get some feed back on it. In
particular, the "Documentation and Tutorials", and the "Building Theia
Library" sections.

If you have a few minutes to spare, please take a look at the documentation
website I've created and let me know if you have feedback. You don't have
to actually download the library -- just let me know what you think of the
site and if you have suggestions for improvements/changes. I promise I
won't be offended by any criticisms! I just want to make sure it's as easy
to understand and is as useful as possible. Please send your reply's
directly to me so we dont clog the lab mailing list

Also, please do not distribute this outside of the lab -- I plan on having
a broader release in a few months once I have some more things added to it.
