[4eyes] Graph cuts software and/or pointers

I don't know specifically about graph cuts, but I do know that
Lemon<http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/trac/lemon>is a well-regarded library
for graph algorithms in general. I haven't used
it myself but I've seen more than a few vision libraries that use it
