[4eyes] Google program to borrow Street View equipment

If anybody is interested in making a joint application/proposal let me
know. There's tons of use for this sort of data. I'd like to use it to map
several areas that are not often covered: beaches, hiking trails, and other
interesting places (the courthouse and/or the mission?).

It would be neat to be able to design an interface with AR to explore these
sorts of areas. For instance, somebody in Kansas could walk the Thousand
Steps <http://www.santabarbaraview.com/one-thousand-steps-beach/> remotely.
Or scientists could use this data for geography, monitoring the tides,
corrosion on mountains and cliffs, etc. Lots of neat stuff!
