Hi Pradeep,
This is interesting, thanks for posting! We are working on several
different analysis tools for Twitter. I was playing around with a new
javascript framework (d3js) yesterday with something similar in mind:

The idea is to find credible information on Twitter for a given query
across network, location and community-clusters. The tool is obviously not
finished (just a static data back-end for now, showing population data),
but I think it will be cool when we hook it to the Twitter Api properly.
(Suggestions and feedback appreciated of course!)
James and I have also been working on a tool for sentiment/credibility
analysis ("Fluo") across Twitter and other sources:
