[4eyes] Stabilized Camera Rig

Hi everyone,

I just saw this video about a new camera rig that stabilizes motion so that
you can get smoother, more naturally flowing videos without having to worry
about motion or jitter. I know we have done some work on this stuff from
the software perspective, but I think it's really neat to see the hardware
side as well
