[4eyes] lab website updates

Hello all,

As Tobias mentioned at the last lab meeting, some parts of our website 
seem to be somewhat out of date -- most notably, the list of 'active' 
research projects.

If you have any current (or recently completed) projects that do not 
have a project page yet, please add them accordingly. (Yes, one of my 
own projects is still missing, too...)

Publications and News appear to be well updated, but please have a look 
there too to make sure all of your publications are listed. For 
publications, please add BibTex links and/or PDFs where available.

(Yes, you all should have an account for 
http://ilab.cs.ucsb.edu/administrator and therefore have the ability 
(and responsibility) to add/edit content on our website :) !)

If you have any questions, or need help adding/editing content, please 
let me or Saiph know.
