[4eyes] Reading group paper for Monday

The reading group will be Monday at 2pm.

I'll be presenting a paper that will be at ECCV this year (this coming
week, actually) called "Worldwide Pose Estimation Using 3D Point Clouds".
The title may not sound particularly relevant to everybody, but there are
two interesting algorithm choices that the authors use that I think could
be applicable to everybody
