[4eyes] Desk and bookcase

Foglab residents: there is currently a desk and small bookshelf by the
dumpster outside of HFH with a sign saying "FREE." At a quick glance, they
look decent. Anyone want to go check them out, decide if they're
Foglab-worthy, and, if so, move them? (Or tag them and ask the CS office how
we can get them moved.)
