[4eyes] Reply requested: Lab open house / MAT end of year show

Folks,

 

We haven't found time to plan our open house in late May (integrated with
the MAT End of Year Show), so I would like to do this via email. Everyone
please consider what you would like to show at the event. Basically, if you
are involved in the lab on a regular basis, we expect you to participate by
presenting a demo or poster or some way of showing your research.

 

If you fall in that category, please send me (just me, I'll gather the
information) the following:

 

.         Project name/title

.         People involved (first name will assumed to be the contact person)

.         Form of presentation (one or more of demo, poster, .?)

.         Any particular location or resources needed (e.g., projector,
Allosphere, VR corner)

 

We'll coordinate with MAT later, but for now Tobias and I will gather the
information. 

 

Please do this ASAP - in the next day. We're already late getting this
information to the MAT EoY Show planners.
