This is the call for interns.
We are also hiring full-time Researchers at all levels. If you know someone

The Multimedia, Interaction, and Communication (MIC) Group at Microsoft
Research (Redmond) has several openings this summer for internships. We are
looking for students with interest and research experience in:
. Action recognition, activity understanding, event detection
. Face and person detection and recognition, face alignment and
tracking
. Bio-inspired object detection and recognition
. 3D object recognition and retrieval
. Immersive teleconferencing
. Mobile teleconferencing
. HCI for teleconferencing
. 3D displays
. Camera array, depth cameras, 3D capture and modeling
. Multiview/3D video compression
. Image and video processing such as segmentation, enhancement
. Illumination modeling and relighting
. Augmented reality
. Spatial/immersive audio
. Microphone array techniques
. Audio-visual scene analysis
. Haptics
. Robotic control and navigation
. Multi-sensor fusion

Located on Microsoft's campus in Redmond, near Seattle, Washington,
Microsoft Research is dedicated to basic and applied research in computer
