[4eyes] PhD admit visiting ~11am today

There is a PhD admit visiting today (and yesterday) from UCSD, named Michael
Nekrasov. He's available at 11am, so I told him he's welcome to drop by the
trailer and foglab and chat with whoever is around. If you are around at
that time and he shows up, please welcome him.
