Hi all,

I forgot to send this out after the lab meeting on Monday. Here is the
link to NVIDIA's Tegra tablet research program I talked about:
http://research.nvidia.com/content/tegra-project

(For those of you who weren't at the meeting, NVIDIA is giving
prototypes of their next generation Tegra tablets to research teams with
interesting project ideas.)

Here are the specs:
-back-facing stereo cameras (two 5 MPixel sensors)
-front facing single camera (one 1080p sensor)
-tablet-size touch display
-quad-core ARM CPU with Neon vector extensions
-a powerful OpenGL ES 2.0 GPU
-prototype versions of FCam and OpenCV to support research in
computational photography and computer vision.
-3D accelerometer and 3D gyroscope sensors

These tablets will be awarded to the best project proposals and sent
out as they become available. The proposal submission form can be found
at the above link.

- Domagoj
