[4eyes] collaborative LaTex editing

What are people using for this? I have been using ScribTex but that only works for two people per project unless you want to pay big dollaz.

I'd like to use something that allows concurrent editing without the pain and suffering of merging (a la svn or git). I found this thread outlining a bunch of options and was curious if anyone had found a solution they really liked:
