[4eyes] ilab multiflash page

I had some time to kill so I transfered the multiflash project page. This
project wasn't moved because projects should be moved by the people
working on them (if they are still in the lab).

I also reclassified projects from the "Current Projects" category (which
is now obsolete) and removed the category.
