[4eyes] ilabqueen is up

Remote desktop and the data folder should both be accessible more or less as
normal.

for the data folder:
\\ilabqueen.mat.ucsb.edu\data\

and for remote desktop just use ilabqueen.mat.ucsb.edu

I haven't tested these off campus, but they should still work.
