[4eyes] Amanda's Leaving

FYI Amanda has to leave the BBQ early  (5pm)  that is a reason why we 
didn't 'dedicate' the bbq to her.  But we are serving at 4pm so there 
should be plenty of time before 5 when everyone is eating that you could 
do something for her there.
Also if a group wanted to take her to lunch before the 14th that may 
work as well?
