[4eyes] Adding data to new website

Hi,

Thanks everyone for filling in publications.  A few notes:

1. List authors with the full names separated by commas.
2. The plan is to associate author names with contacts in the Joomla
database.  While you are there, please add a contact for yourself if one
does not already exist, with the same name you used in the publication
author list.  Do this by going to Components > Contacts > Contacts.
